The small Spanish town of Benijofar is located on the Southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, in the Valencian Community. It is situated approximately 47km south of Alicante city and 13km from Torrevieja.

Parks – There are two main parks in Benijofar town, the Cañada Marsa park where you can walk around the lake, spot wildlife, play petanca, and stop for a drink. Polideportivo – The sports ground in Benijofar has a football pitch, basketball court, tennis and padel courts, swimming pool, and bar. Various classes and events are held here, as well as social gatherings and fiestas.

Things to do near Benijofar

Waterpark – In Rojales there is a waterpark Aquapark Rojales, open from June to September. It’s approximately 3km from the centre of Benijofar and a great summer activity for kids.

Mini golf – If you fancy a game of mini golf you can head to Quesada Mini Golf in Ciudad Quesada approximately 3km from Benijofar centre, or visit Greenlands Sport & Golf Club which is around 4km away in Los Montesinos.

Bowling – If you like ten-pin bowling there are two close by Quesada Bowling located in Ciudad Quesada(add hyperlink Quesada bowling), as well as Ozone which is a bit further out at the Habaneras Commerical Centre.

Rojales Caves – Cuevas del Rodeo in Rojales, approximately 2km from Benijofar, is worth a visit to see some traditional cave houses and local artisan workshops. On the first Sunday of every month Cave Jam has live music, craft stalls and wokshops.
