The Rio Segura river which runs past the village has created an island, where the El Molino Natural Park with its picnic tables, seasonal barbecues, large stage area and an 18th century water powered floor mill are situated. Lots of walking and cycling paths to be had to the surrounding villages, which are Benijofar, Rojales, Las Heredades and Almoradi.
10 minute’s drive from the beautiful golden beaches of Guardamar del Segura and 30 minute’s drive from Alicante airport, also you are only a 45-minutes’ drive from Alicante city centre where you have the beautiful port with its lovely fish restaurants, beautiful beach and a busy and bustling high street with the top high street fashion and boutique shops with plenty of tapas bars.
