10 minutes drive from the beautiful golden beaches of Guardamar del Segura, where you have the Reina Sofia Park which has shady trees, rolling grass hills, manmade ponds and many squirrels, ducks, terrapins and peacocks! Great atmosphere to watch the wildlife and the adventure playground area next to it. You also have there the children's funfair and night market (both are in high season only) which makes for a good evening out, especially if you have children. Alicante airport is 30 minutes drive away and you are also only a 45 minute drive from Alicante itself where you have the beautiful port with its lovely fish restaurants, beautiful beach and a busy and bustling high street with the top high street fashion and boutique shops with plenty of tapas bars.
