The residential property market in Spain is picking up and heading back to the pre-pandemic levels, with latest figures showing that the level of mortgage lending activity in March 2021 was 35% higher than in March 2020. It was also the month with the highest level of mortgage lending since January 2020 and the fourth highest in the last decade, so it’s safe to say that the Spanish property market is getting back on track.
