Obtaining your NIE (foreign identification number)

If you’re not a Spanish citizen you will need an NIE number in order to buy a property in Spain, whether you will be living here on a permanent basis or just visiting your new home for holidays.

  • Legal fees – 1.500€ plus VAT/IVA
